Myriam you weren't very specific with your problem so that makes it harder to give clear instructions. Where is your ad listed? Is it a classified ad or a website listing?
To delete a real estate ad listing or a website that you have submitted to our directory you may do so VERY EASILY from our members page. Simply sign in using the email address you registered with and then you can edit or delete your submissions as you wish.
